The present invention relates to a method for producing a galvanic skin reflex (GSR) sensor for evaluating electric characteristics according to presence and concentration of a solution including a chloride ion (Cl^-) so as to perform a method for producing a GSR sensor capable of measuring a change in skin resistance. The method for producing a GSR sensor comprises the following steps: providing a substrate; producing a core through a plurality of silver nanolines on the substrate, and producing a core-shell structure of which at least a part is molded through a polymer; and producing a freestanding anisotropic conductive flexible (ACF) membrane by separating the core-shell structure from the substrate.
