PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account opening support method, an account opening support program, and an account opening support server to support efficient opening of a new account using a user terminal.SOLUTION: A management server 20 that has obtained a license image of a person photographed by a user terminal 10 performs license recognition processing and license check processing. Then, it outputs a new account opening application screen including a recognition result to the user terminal 10. The management server 20 that has received an application request from the user terminal 10 performs tentative registration processing and tentative registration email transmission processing. The management server 20 that has obtained access according to a tentative registration email transmits a registration contents confirmation screen. If the management server 20 has performed application completion processing, it performs passbook transmission processing.
