This vehicular data conversion device is provided with: an acquisition unit (16a) which acquires vehicle data from within a vehicle; a first storage unit (18) which stores a data processing method for outputting the vehicle data to the vehicle exterior in accordance with classification levels corresponding to the vehicle data acquired by the acquisition unit; and an output unit (19) which outputs converted vehicle data in accordance with the data processing method stored by the first storage unit.
