Implantable prosthesis comprises a replacement shaft part (12) and an artificial joint (10), each having a central bore which are in alignment with each other. A shaft anchoring part is formed by a traction medullary pin (17) which is inserted in the central bores and fixed in an axially stable, rotationally fixed and removable manner in the joint part and in a bone part (181) a distance away from the joint. A fixing device (19) connects a bone part (182) formed by osteotomy to the replacement shaft part a distance away from the joint. An Independent claim is also included for an alternative implantable prosthesis.
