In the communication control part, with respect to data which are to be transmitted to a base station device and are generated in the one period, transmission start timing in the uplink time zone is determined by multiplying a generation time of the data in the one period by a time length Tof the uplink time zone and further dividing it with a time length Tof one period, such that the transmission start timing is distributed in the uplink time zone. In accordance with the transmission start timing that is distributed by the communication control part, the second radio signal processing part transmits data.
