According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell comprises: a semiconductor substrate; a tunneling layer formed on one surface of the semiconductor substrate; a buffer layer which is located on the tunneling layer and made of a separate layer different from the tunneling layer, and which includes a buffer portion; a conductive region which is located on the tunneling layer; and an electrode which is connected to the conductive region. Therefore, the solar cell improves efficiency. |
