Thermostatic control valve with a housing attached to a heat exchanger

A casing (10) cooperates with a coolant feeder channel (2) via an opening in an oil/water heat exchanger's wall. Temperature of oil/water to be equalized serves to control temperature in coolant flowing into the heat exchanger (HE) within a specific control range. The HE has separate flow channels (4,5) for oil/water needing its temperature equalized and for the coolant.
