<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce food in a uniform baked state by heating a large number of molds for baking the food by a large number of electromagnetic induction heaters positioned in correspondence while automatically and intermittently coveying the molds. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction heating type food baking machine includes: a large number of first electromagnetic induction heaters (H1) for heating molds (M) in a closed state simultaneously from upper and lower directions in a forward movement region (F) of the molds (M) for baking the food by an automatic and intermittent mold conveying body (C); and a large number of second electromagnetic induction heaters (H2) for heat-insulating the molds (M) in an unfolded state at least from the upper part in a return movement band (R) similarly. In order to heat heating coils (13) of the first and second electromagnetic induction heaters (H1) and (H2) to an overall uniform temperature distribution not causing a mutual induction phenomenon, output power of a resonance type inverter (12) to be supplied to the heating coils (13) is determined to be individually controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
