Provided are a seal structure capable of flexibly coping with a design change of a wiring member and inexpensively realizing a waterproof structure, a method of forming the seal structure, a wiring body, and an electronic apparatus utilizing the structure and the wiring body. A seal structure (15) for sealing through holes (33, 43) in housings (31, 41) into which through holes a wiring member (20) is inserted.  The seal structure (15) is provided with cover bodies (C) including spacers (11) each provided to one side of each of the through holes.  The cover bodies (C) secure and seal to each other the spacers (11), the wiring member (20), and the housings (31, 41).
