PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced tap selector which improves accuracy for a mounting position of a current collecting contact to an insulation revolving shaft.SOLUTION: A current collecting contact is ring-shaped and includes a center hole, a bearing is inserted into the center hole and an inner tube is fitted to the bearing. The inner tube has an inner diameter which is substantially equal to an outer diameter of an insulation revolving shaft, rotary pedestals are mounted in both ends of the inner tube, and the rotary pedestals oppose each other while interposing the current collecting contact therebetween and are freely rotatable with respect to the current collecting terminal. The insulation revolving shaft is inserted into the inner tube, the rotary pedestals are fixed to the insulation revolving shaft in such a manner that the current collecting contact and a stationary contact are flush, and movable contacts are mounted at outer circumferential sides of the pair of rotary pedestals. The pair of movable contacts are energized by an energizing member in such a direction as to approach each other, include contact parts for the current collecting contact in contact with the current collecting contact at inner circumferential sides, include contact parts for the stationary contact in contact with the stationary contact at outer circumferential sides, and hold the current collecting contact and the stationary contact therebetween. |
