The present invention comprises: a first magnetic sheet layer; a second magnetic sheet layer which has an area broader than the first magnetic sheet layer, is laminated to the upper part of the first magnetic sheet layer and has a trimming part from which some of the portions overlapped with the first magnetic sheet layer are removed; and a third magnetic sheet layer which is laminated to the upper part of the first magnetic sheet layer to be located at the trimming part of the second magnetic sheet layer, has a thickness thicker than the second magnetic sheet layer, and formed the upper surface for protruding toward the upper part of the second magnetic sheet layer. According to the present invention, an efficiency of parts mounting can be improved since an occupying space of the inner space of a mobile telecommunications terminal can be reduced by mounting a coil for wireless charging and a coil for a non-contact local area mobile telecommunication. Additionally, two antennas formed in a complex with the first to third magnetic sheet layers can overcome existing difficulties and prove maximum performance thereof.
