A biochemical material diagnosis platform comprises: a metal nanoplate; a bioreceptor attached on the surface of the metal nanoplate; a biomarker captured by the bioreceptor; a metal nanoparticle for capping the biomarker; and a spectrum detection unit for analyzing the captured biomarker. The platform is capable of detecting the biochemical material with high sensitivity, by sandwiching and fixing the biomarker.
