Abstract The invention relates to an arm and boom arrangement adapted to be attached to an earth-moving machinery, the arrangement comprising a boom and an arm pivotally attached to the boom, the boom having a proximal end being attached to the machinery and a distal end spaced apart from the machinery, wherein the boom is configured to extend outwardly and downwardly so that the distal end is located at a position lower with respect to the position of the proximal end that is attached to the machinery.
