The present invention relates to: a barrier film structure which can effectively prevent inflow of moisture or oxygen from the atmosphere, and has improved bending resistance and improved light transmittance; and an organic electronic device having the same. In addition, the barrier film structure comprises: a base film; a barrier layer consisting of an inorganic compound disposed on the base film; and a metal layer which comes in contact with at least one surface of the barrier layer.
