The present invention relates to nanosilicate powder, an inorganic hardener composition comprising the same, and a preparation method of an inorganic insulating material using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to nanosilicate powder for an inorganic hardener composition to form inorganic compounds such as pearlite, obsidian, perlite, pitchstone, pumice stone, vermiculite, shale, etc. used as raw materials of insulating materials; to an inorganic hardener composition comprising the same; and to a manufacturing method of inorganic insulating material using the same. The manufacturing method of the nanosilicate powder comprises the steps of: performing a hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate in a solvent into an acidic solution in presence of at least one neutral surfactant selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene octylphenylether, polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide, and polyethylene glycol; drop-wisely adding an alkaline solution; and filtering the solution. The solvent used in the manufacturing method comprises greater than or equal to 95 wt% of a low-grade alcohol having carbon number of one to four and remains of water. |
