PURPOSE: A food waste disposal apparatus is provided to be equipped with a moisture condenser composed of an first, a second and a third chamber respectively capable of being assembled and disassembled and of a refrigerant circulation detachable to the third chamber, thereby facilitating the installation and maintenance work of the moisture condenser, and to selectively or multiply use a refrigerant type cooling unit and an air cooling type cooling unit corresponding to the changes of external temperature. CONSTITUTION: A food waste disposal apparatus comprises a food fermentation tank(100) and a moisture condenser(300). A moisture condenser is composed of a first, a second and a third chamber formed with a food gas inlet(311) on one side. An air cooling type cooling unit that supplies the external air to be heat-exchanged with a food gas passing through multiple tubes is installed on one side of the second chamber. A refrigerant circulation pipe is installed inside the third chamber for the heat exchange with the food gas passing through the tube. The third chamber is formed with a food outlet(332) on one side, a water tank storing the condensed water contained the food gas, and a condensed water outlet(333) on the lower part. A first temperature sensor senses the temperature(T1) of the food gas discharged from the food gas outlet. The refrigerant type cooling unit and the air cooling type cooling unit are multiply controlled to be used in case the temperature sensed in the first temperature sensor is higher than a predetermined reference temperature, while either the air cooling type cooling unit or the air cooling type cooling unit together with the refrigerant type cooling unit which is adjusted with operation rate is controlled to be used in case the temperature sensed in the first temperature sensor is higher than a predetermined reference temperature. |
