Provided are a measurement report sending method and device and a communication system. The sending method comprises: in the case of a user equipment being provided with discontinuous reception (DRX), for event trigger and/or periodical trigger measurements, delaying the active time for a measurement report to come to an MCG. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, not only can unnecessary delay of a measurement report can be further reduced, but also the energy of a user equipment can be further saved. |
