Provided by the present invention is a manual dropper which draws in and emits a small quantity of liquid by pushing an elastic button. The present invention comprises: (a) a housing which forms the appearance of the dropper and has a powder container mounted in an internal space accommodating contents; (b) a housing cap which seals the internal space of the housing from the outside; (c) a closer which is combined with the upper outside of the housing through the housing cap, mounts the housing on the container of containing contents, and is combined with the housing cap; (d) a stem which includes a horizontal path connected with the internal space of the housing and a vertical path connected with the horizontal path and moves in a vertical direction in the state of being connected with the lower end of the elastic button; (e) a shaft which moves in the vertical direction along the inside of the housing cap in the state of being combined with the outside of the stem; (f) a piston which opens and closes the horizontal path of the stem in the state of being mounted on the lower part of the stem and moves in the vertical direction along the inner wall of the housing; and (g) a compression spring which provides restoring force to the shaft during pumping and is positioned between the housing cap and a side protrusion part formed in the upper side of the shaft. The powder container in the manual dropper has an extra internal space separated from the internal space of the housing and is mounted to be able to rotate. |
