MEDIUM COMPOSITION FOR CULTURE OF FIBROBLAST, CULTURE METHOD OF FIBROBLAST AND COMPOSITION FOR SKIN REGENERATION USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a medium composition for culturing fibroblast, a method for culturing fibroblast using the medium, and a skin regeneration composition comprising the cultured fibroblast. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for culturing fibroblast, which comprises the following steps: preparing fibroblast; culturing fibroblast on a culture plate coated with an extracellular matrix by using a culture fluid comprising a serum substitute; and separating the cultured fibroblast. The present invention further relates to a skin regeneration composition using the same. The medium composition for culturing fibroblast and the method for culturing fibroblast using the same can promote proliferation of cells and inhibits cell aging without uses of the serum. In addition, culturing fibroblast which retains normal cell conformation even for a long period of culturing time is also possible as well. The fibroblast cultured thereby can be useful as the skin regeneration composition and a skin anti-aging composition.
