摘要 The present invention relates to nanoemulsion-coated composite powder for skin-whitening and wrinkle care, and more specifically, to composite powder added with functional ingredients such as ethyl ascorbyl ether, Ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, which are vitamin C derivatives, or manuka oil. The composite powder is manufactured by a method comprising: a process of producing a nanoemulsion containing vitamin C derivatives or manuka oil; a process of confirming a phase stability of the nanoemulsion obtained from the previous step; a process of coating the nanoemulsion with the functional ingredients on inorganic powder; a process of quantifying the content of the vitamin C derivatives from the vitamin C derivative-coated powder and the organic content from manuka oil-coated powder obtained from the previous process; a process of analyzing the particle size of the functional nanoemulsion-coated composite powder; and a process of confirming the effect of skin-whitening and wrinkle care through animal testing. Thus, the composite powder has effects of providing a cosmetic composition containing the vitamin C derivatives and manuka oil having functions of skin-whitening and wrinkle care, and remarkably maintaining the coated organic materials as near to its original state since the phase stability is enhanced.
