摘要 The present invention relates to a technology converged composite odor removing system capable of obtaining optimal efficiency by deodorizing various odorous components having different properties by a step and by a component. According to the present invention, provided is the technology converged composite odor removing system capable of deodorizing as sequentially passing through: a primary absorbing layer for neutralizing nitrogenous ammonia which is basic gas and amine gas by injecting acidic water to odor gas flowing in; a secondary absorbing layer for oxidizing and neutralizing hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan by injecting alkaline water into odor gas passing through the primary absorbing layer; an electrostatic demister for removing high boiling point substance, hydrogen sulfide, and ammonia which is a low boiling point substance by an electrostatic force from the odor gas passing through the secondary absorbing layer, and for inhibiting bacterial growth of microorganisms by generating ozone by corona discharge; a low temperature oxidation catalyst layer for decomposing an aldehyde component by oxidation by generating ozone radicals in the odor gas passing through the electrostatic demister; and a neutral activated carbon layer for removing carboxylic acid and a component of non-polar hydrocarbon remaining in the odor gas passing through the low temperature oxidation catalyst layer by non-polar adsorption. According to the present invention, an optimal deodorizing mechanism is applied according to odorous components of various properties, and disadvantages of respective processing methods are complemented and combined, thereby exerting an optimal deodorizing performance and maximizing efficiency of removing an odor. Moreover, a phased odorous components processing part is integrally formed in a single device, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and being more economical, and minimizing an installation space and easily facilitating maintenance.
