The present invention relates to a cutting device for cleaning a nail. The cutting device for cleaning a nail comprises: a pair of blades which can be attached and detached; a pair of handle bodies coupled to each other to be rotated in opposite directions to cut flesh in contact with a nail by the blades which are mounted thereon; and a fixing means to fix the blades on the handle bodies.
