PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof capable of prevent distortion of film substrate.SOLUTION: A touch panel 100 includes: a glass substrate 110 which has a lower ITO film; a film substrate 120 having an upper ITO film and on which the lower ITO film and the upper ITO film are faced to each other; a first adhesive member 130 which bonds the film substrate 120 to the glass substrate 110 being interposed by a vacant area inside thereof from the edge of the glass substrate 110 and the film substrate 120; a second adhesive member 140 that bonds the film substrate 120 to the glass substrate 110 corresponding to the area, which has a second shear force larger than a first shear force of the first adhesive 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
