PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a false-twisting machine which can prevent a plurality of yarns from being brought into contact with each other when the plurality of yarns are simultaneously moved by a shifter to a yarn inlet position of a heating device; and to provide a yarn-threading method for the false-twisting machine.SOLUTION: A false-twisting machine 1 includes: a yarn supply creel 4 for supplying yarns Ya and Yb; a winding device 7 for winding the yarns Ya and Yb supplied from the yarn supply creel 4; a first heating device 11 arranged in a yarn path between the yarn supply creel 4 and the winding device 7; false-twisting devices 6a and 6b arranged in the yarn path between the first heating device 11 and the winding device 7; a shifter 10 which can be moved from the side of a yarn outlet position of the first heating device 11 to the vicinity of a yarn inlet position thereof and retains the yarns Ya and Yb; and a regulation guide 24 for widening a space between the yarns Ya and Yb retained by the shifter 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
