The invention relates to a disk brake, comprising a brake caliper and a brake lining (4), wherein on an application side of the brake disk, the brake caliper accommodates an application device (100) in an opening, said disk brake comprising at least the following features: a) an inner rotary lever (5); b) at least one rolling-element application unit (15), which has a spindle axis (12) and at least one application piston (20) movable perpendicularly to the brake disk and which is designed to overcome the working stroke and to apply the application-side application piston (20) together with the brake lining (4) to the brake disk as a consequence of pivoting of the rotary lever (5) about a lever axis (9a) thereof during braking operations, wherein the at least one rolling-element application unit (15) has a ball ramp unit, which has a ramp drive disk (13), ramp balls (22), and a ramp reaction disk (35), c) wherein a drive connection between the rotary lever (5) and the at least one rolling-element application unit (15) is designed as a coupling mechanism having at least one rounded coupling element. d) The ramp reaction disk (35) of the at least one rolling-element application unit (15) is installed in the brake caliper in a stationary manner. |
