Provided are a synchronization signal transmitting and receiving method and device, a synchronization signal transmitting device being disposed at a first node and comprising: a transmission module for transmitting a first type sub-frame, the first type sub-frame comprising a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a first synchronization channel, the first synchronization channel comprising a first primary synchronization signal (PSS) and a first secondary synchronization signal (SSS), and the first PSS and the first SSS being used to synchronize the second node of the received first PSS and the first SSS with the first node; a processing module for controlling the transmission module to switch from first type sub-frame transmission to second type sub-frame transmission; and the transmission module is also used to transmit the second type sub-frame under the control of the processing module, the second type sub-frame comprising a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and a second synchronization channel, the second synchronization channel comprising a second PSS or a second SSS, and the second PSS or the second SSS being used to synchronize the second node of the received second PSS or the second SSS with the first node. |
