To achieve the purpose, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a maintenance unit for a wind turbine comprises: a maintenance robot entering the inside of a nacelle to carry out maintenance work; and a flying means enabling the maintenance robot to fly and be transferred to an upper surface of a nacelle of a wind turbine. Moreover, the flying means comprises: a flying unit enabling a flight; and a holding arm fixating the maintenance robot to be attached and detached to the flying unit. The flying unit is a quadcopter type.
