<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil for warm molding, superior in degreasing property after continuous processing, low smoke emission in continuous processing, seize resistance in continuous processing and adhesion when warm-molding aluminum alloy plates, and to provide aluminum alloy plates coated therewith. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a lubricating oil for aluminum alloy plate warm molding, comprising 40-90 mass% polyvalent ester having a kinematic viscosity of 1-500 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/s at 40°C and 0-120 iodine value, 1-50 mass% synthetic oil having a kinematic viscosity of 1-4,000 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/s at 40°C and 0.1-10 mass% surfactant and having a kinematic viscosity of 15-400 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/s at 40°C and 0-20 iodine value.
