According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cancer diagnosis system includes: a temperature distribution data building system calculating theoretical data about a difference in temperature on the surface of a breast according to the size and position of breast cancer by analyzing the distribution of the temperature on the surface of the breast according to the size and position of breast cancer and whether the breast cancer exists or not according to the radius of the breast; and a thermal infrared image diagnosis system obtaining a difference between the maximum and minimum values of the temperature on the surface of the breast by using a thermal infrared image device for the breast of a user to be diagnosed, and diagnosing the size and position of the breast cancer and whether the cancer exists or not by comparing the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the temperature, to which a correction value is applied by clinical data, with the theoretical data.
