<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash which prevents melting of a corner member and maintains airtightness. <P>SOLUTION: The sash includes sash members 2a and 2b, and the sash members 2a and 2b each include hollow stiles 3, intermediate rails 4, a corner member 9 and a refractory material 65 to be foamed by heat in case of fire, the upper and lower intermediate rails 4 are attached between the left and right stiles 3, and the corner member 9 is attached to the upper and lower end parts of the stile 3 to close the opening end of a hollow part 31. The corner member 9 is made of a noncombustible material, and the refractory material 65 is attached to the corner member 9 to close a gap with a frame body 1 when foamed. Also, the corner member 9 is divided into an inner side member 9a to be inserted into the hollow part 31 of the stile 3 and an outer side member 9b to be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the stile 3. Further, refractory materials 61 and 62 are attached over the almost entire length in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rail 4, and the refractory materials 61 and 62 of the intermediate rail 4 and the refractory material 65 of the corner member are continued to close the gap with the frame body 1 when foamed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
