PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underpants for countermeasures against urine leakage, which are facilitated for the position adjustment of a urine absorbent pad by holding the urine absorbent pad with a band-shaped holding band.SOLUTION: Urine leakage countermeasure underpants 1 comprise a waist periphery opening 3 and a pair of leg periphery openings 4, respectively, at an upper portion of a pants body 2 and at a lower portion of the pants body 2. The pants body 2 is enabled to open from the front and to take selectively an opened front state and a closed front state by a fastener 5. To a back side portion of the waist periphery opening 3, there is attached one end portion of a belt-shaped holding band 8 which can hold a urine absorbent pad 7. Between the other end portion of the holding band 8 and the front side portion of the waist periphery opening 3, there is disposed a face fastener 9 for jointing the other end portion separably to the front side portion. |
