<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for performing telephone conversation which has excellent quality and is easy to hear for a user, by making an audio output level of one of two audio output devices to be soft sound or mute. <P>SOLUTION: An individual information storage area 304 is disposed in an information symbol 303 of a data frame 300. A mobile station individual ID 305 and a base station individual ID 306 is made to coexist in the individual information storage area 304.
