PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device having a wide light-emitting wavelength region and high luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: In a light emitting device having an uneven structure on at least part of a light extraction surface, the uneven structure has two kinds or more two-dimensional periodic structure parts with different periods, at least one kind of two-dimensional periodic structure part in two or more two-dimensional periodic structure parts, form a micro area consisting of two units of two-dimensional periodic in the uneven structure, and is mixed with an other two-dimensional periodic structure part with different period. |
