<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having high design performance using designs which can be visually recognized generally. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet includes a surface layer 1 having an embossed design which is like fabrics, formed by weaving a plurality of first and second yarns orthogonally, and the surface layer 1 includes at least one image region indicating a predetermined image and a background region surrounding at least part of the image region.
