Provided is a call recording server which enables the call content of multiple IP telephones to be more easily monitored. This call recording server (410) is provided with: a speech-recording control unit (414) which sequentially acquires speech data of calls transmitted using an IP telephone network, and records said speech data in a memory; a call-start acquisition unit (415) which, on the basis of control information attached to the acquired speech data, acquires call-start timings at which the calls were started; and a speech-recognition control unit (416) which starts speech-recognition processing on the recorded speech data, immediately after the acquired call-start timings. |
