NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION PROCESS

The present invention relates to a natural gas liquefaction process. According to the present invention, the liquefaction process comprises the following steps: primarily cooling natural gas in a first heat exchange part using a single closed-loop refrigeration cycle comprising a mixed refrigerant; and secondarily cooling natural gas in a second heat exchange part which is distinguished from the first heat exchange part. According to the present invention, the liquefaction process has simple structure and is easy to operate while exhibiting outstanding efficiency as well.
