According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided are an organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device. A thin film transistor having an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode is formed in a display area of a substrate. An anode is made of a plurality of conductive layers and electrically connected to the thin film transistor. A pad electrode is formed in a pad area of the substrate and has a first pad electrode and a second pad electrode on the first pad electrode. A material forming the second pad electrode and a material forming the anode have different etching selectivity. Therefore, damage to the pad electrode is reduced when the anode is formed during the process of manufacturing the organic light emitting display device. In addition, it is reduced that the pad electrode is damaged by reacting with air or moisture after the organic light emitting display device is manufactured. |
