The present invention relates to plastic injection Mold for a car door external handle and a production method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the production method comprises the following steps: producing and processing a cavity-side mold; separately producing and processing a first insert part/ a second insert part; producing and processing a core-side mold; preliminarily coupling the first insert part/ the second insert part onto one side of the cavity-side mold; finely polishing and processing a portion preliminarily coupled between the cavity-side mold and the first insert part/ the second insert part; finally coupling the core-side mold with the first insert part/ the second insert part; inspecting step pulley and fine flash of a parting line on an injection-molded car door external handle plastic parts; correcting and processing, in order to remove the step pulley and fine flash, based on the detected result while the finally coupled first insert part/ the second insert part is separated from the core-side mold; and finally coupling the corrected and processed first insert part/ the second insert part at an original position of the core-side mold. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mold can safely protect a worker from an accident while working. |
