The present invention is to provide a PZT-based piezoelectric ceramic material represented by a general formula which is Pb_x(Zr_yTi_z)M_(1-y-z)O_3 where 0.830<=x<=0.964, 0.43<=y<=0.55, and 0.43<=z<=0.55 are satisfied and M is a +5 or +6 charged metallic element, as an ABO_3 perovskite crystal material comprising crystal lattices, A-site and B-site. According to the present invention, since, without Pb excessively added, Pb or PbO-phase which decreases a piezoelectric characteristic is not formed inside of the PZT piezoelectric body, it is possible to show excellent electrical, dielectric and piezoelectric characteristics. |
