The present invention relates to a diaphragm bellows having repeatedly aligned diaphragms (1) welded to each other alternately at an internal edge (2) area and then an external edge (3) area. The diaphragm bellows further comprises one or more guiding units (5) for guiding on the surface of a rod (10) that penetrates an internal path opening (11) of the diaphragm bellows or on the surface of a tube (18) that surrounds the diaphragm bellows. The guiding units (5) are made of a metal sheet and equipped with a mounting section (6). The mounting section is located between and welded to the adjacent diaphragms (1) of the diaphragm bellows when the guiding is performed on the rod (10) located in the external edge (7), and located between and welded to the adjacent diaphragms (1) of the diaphragm bellows when the guiding is performed on the tube located in the internal edge (19). The mounting section (6) is connected to a guiding section (9) for guiding on the surface of the rod (10) or the surface of the tube (18). |
