The present invention relates to a capacitor and a method of manufacturing the capacitor. The capacitor can be simply manufactured by forming an aluminum oxide layer which functions as an insulating layer by anodizing an aluminum substrate layer. Also, the volume can be minimized by winding the aluminum substrate layer from one side to the other side.
