The present invention relates to a dutch coffee machine. The present invention aims to provide the dutch coffee machine having a sensor installed therein to measure the quantity and velocity of a small amount of water supplied to coffee powder for a long time. There is no need for a user to control the machine manually, since a control unit controls the quantity and velocity of water automatically based on the measured information, so as to standardize the concentration of coffee and shorten the extraction time of dutch coffee. To achieve the above objective, the dutch coffee machine of the present invention comprises: a water frame for storing water; a coffee powder container to which water from the water frame is supplied; a coffee container for storing a coffee solution extracted from the coffee powder container; a fixing frame for fixing the coffee powder container and the coffee container; a support frame for supporting the water frame and the fixing frame. The fixing frame includes a vertical frame coupled with the water frame; and a horizontal frame which is a protruding part of the upper side of the vertical frame. The vertical frame includes: a pumping unit for pumping water stored in the water frame inside the vertical frame; a control unit for controlling the pumping unit; a guiding tube for guiding the water pumped from the pumping unit; and a sensor coupled to the upper side of the outer surface of the vertical frame. |
