PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for an electrochemical power device, which includes a conductive composite material layer and a carbon nanotube array fixed within the conductive composite material layer.SOLUTION: A structure for an electrochemical power device 10 includes an array of carbon nanotubes 102, and a conductive composite material layer 110 that contains and fixes at least part of the carbon nanotubes 102. At least part of the carbon nanotubes 102 extends from the composite material layer 110.
