PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film with an adhesive, in which an adhesive layer imparted with antistatic property and having excellent durability in a severe environment when bonded to glass is disposed on an optical film.SOLUTION: The optical film with an adhesive includes an adhesive layer obtained from the following composition disposed on an optical film. The composition is prepared by compounding 100 parts by weight of an acrylic resin that is a copolymer of a monomer mixture containing the following monomers (A-1) to (A-4), 0.3 to 12 parts by weight of an organic ionic compound, and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent. The monomers are: (A-1) 80 to 96 wt.% of a (meth)acrylate represented by formula (I); (A-2) 1 to 15 wt.% of an unsaturated monomer having an aromatic ring; (A-3) 0.1 to 5 wt.% of an N-alkoxyalkyl (meth)acrylamide represented by formula (II); and (A-4) 0.5 to 5 wt.% of an unsaturated monomer having a polar functional group.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
