According to the present invention, a device to photograph a two-dimensional tomographic image includes: a photographing part, an X-ray sensor, and an X-ray emission source, which face each other while having a rotary shaft placed between the source and the sensor; an operating part rotating the X-ray sensor and the X-ray emission source around the rotary shaft; and an image forming part forming a two-dimensional tomographic image about an image layer placed between the X-ray emission source and the rotary shaft by using multiple X-ray penetration images, taken during the operation of the operating part. According to the present invention, the method to photograph a two-dimensional tomographic image includes: a photographing step of photographing multiple X-ray penetration images while rotating the X-ray sensor and the X-ray emission source, which face each other while having a rotary shaft placed between the source and sensor, around the rotary shaft; and an image forming step of reversing at least a part of the X-ray penetration images, and shifting and overlapping the reversed X-ray penetration images in the movement direction of the X-ray sensor to form the two-dimensional tomographic image about the image layer placed between the rotary shaft and the X-ray emission source. |
