The composition comprising the enzyme-treated siegesbockia herb extract as an active component of the present invention induces diffraction of periodontal cells, increases mineralization of bones, regenerates alveolar bones, and promotes inflammatory and anti-bacterial effects, thereby being effective to prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases.
