The present invention relates to a filter for a blood filter, and to a method for manufacturing the same. The filter for a blood filter having the weight of 21-22 g/5m^2, thickness of 280-310 μm, pore size of 16-18 μm, porosity of 79-82%, and tensile strength of 290-310 MPa is formed by melt-blowing peroxide-free type polypropylene, which is a raw material, into a composite electrospun fiber through a spinning nozzle of a conventional melt blown composite spinning, thereby satisfying the high leukocyte removal rate and erythrocyte removal rate, while having excellent plasma separation efficiency, and having excellent performance as a blood filter by reducing platelet adhesion rate remaining on the filter. |
