The cervicouterine device as disclosed increases the ionic capacity of the copper by increasing the surface area thereof to 418 mm2, and the turns of the coil are separated from one another, incorporating an extension made from the same material, and same being positioned directly in the cervix, said extension having the form of a coil, a Solomon Bar, bracelet or Celtic knot, the copper filaments being assembled on a plastic framework of different dimensions that correspond to the proportions of the uterine cavity, in accordance with the parity thereof.
