An integrated DC/DC converter (200) comprises: a first DC/DC converter (202), a second DC/DC converter (204), a first voltage transducer (206), a second voltage transducer (208), a first current transducer (210), a second current transducer (212), a third current transducer (214) and a controller (218). The first DC/DC converter is in parallel connection with the second DC/DC converter; and the controller controls ON or OFF of the second DC/DC converter, and controls the second DC/DC converter to regulate and control a current at an output end of an electrochemical energy storage device (22) in a current disturbance manner in the case where the second DC/DC converter is in the ON state, so as to obtain an electrochemical alternating-current impedance spectrum of the electrochemical energy storage device. Also provided are an alternating-current impedance analytical method for an electrochemical energy storage device and an analytical method for a working state of the electrochemical energy storage device.
