<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic suitable for a powder cosmetic such as loose powder. <P>SOLUTION: This powder-containing cosmetic, wherein the total mass of tabular powders selected from mica, talc, sericite, titanium mica, synthetic phlogopite and titanium sericite is ≥80% of the total weight of constitutional powders, includes a polymethacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine or methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine/stearyl methacrylate copolymer and a 10-24C acylamino acid. The powder cosmetic does not substantially include titanium dioxide or zinc oxide.
